Salt-age is a speculative project, which looks at the design solutions for the future salt crisis. Global warming causes water to evaporate at a much faster rate, resulting in an increase in salinity. Salt-age is an online platform which promotes the use of salt as a material of future, as the usage of salt is a need of time.

One can sell their products, furniture, food, fabrics made out of salt on this platform. The audience purchasing the salt also becomes aware of the salinity count in their nearest water body.
